But all is not lost – there is good news too. Since all of this starts from your internal world, you have everything you need in order to change everything in your life for the better. Your powerful mind can completely change your point of view and belief system. This will inevitably change your actions, and you will see much better results in life.

Why You Are Your Worst Enemy


Don’t feel bad, ashamed, or guilty that you are your worst enemy. It is true for most people. The important thing is to realize that, and to do what is needed in order to change yourself and become your best friend and supporter. But let’s first talk about why you are your worst enemy.

The first thing that may have happened to you is that in your childhood your parents or your trusted environment told you bad things about yourself, or made you believe that you can’t achieve what you want in life, simply because it’s “not possible”.

When we are very young, we are like a sponge – we absorb everything thrown at us, especially if it comes from people that we trust or play a significant role in our lives (family, good friends, teachers, and so on). Many negative beliefs that you have come from your childhood.

The second thing that affects your belief system and your point of view is the environment that you’re in. If you’re constantly hanging around people who never pursue their real goals and dreams, they will affect you, even very directly, to not do that either.

Imagine yourself telling your friends and colleagues that you’re quitting your job because your real passion is something completely different that you’re not really experienced in, but that’s what you’re going to pursue from now on. What will they say?

Imagine yourself telling your parents you’re not going to follow the path in life that they outlined in their minds for you, because that’s not the path you feel will make you truly happy. What will they say?

Now think about what happens when you hang around pessimistic people all the time. Or angry people. Or people that say about every idea that it’s a bad idea (unless it’s their idea, of course). How will that affect your life?

Now imagine yourself constantly hanging around successful, optimistic, kind and supporting people, who encourage you to be the best that you can be, and they lead by example. How would that affect your life?

It’s very possible that no one has ever taught you how to be your best friend and supporter, but it’s time you become just that.

How to Change Your Life for the Better


Since your worst enemy is you, you need to start working on being a better you. Work on improving your self-confidence and your self-esteem, and on becoming happy and positive. Make sure you address any awful behaviors you may have. And believe. Believe that you can do anything if you put your mind to it.

Also, change your environment as much as you can, to include people that are optimistic, kind, supportive and successful. More successful than you are. If your entire environment consists of people who have traits you want to acquire, you will slowly be drawn to their way of thinking and behaving. The same goes for traits you don’t want to acquire, so be very careful with choosing your environment.

The important thing is to start taking action right now and never stop. It took many years to get your belief system and internal world into the state that it’s in right now, so it’s going to take time and effort to change it. Just don’t give up on yourself, and understand that every aspect of your life is going to be better, once you change your internal world and belief system.

Am I Going to Make It?


Well, that depends entirely on you. Our site contains all the tools and information you may need, but no one can do the work for you. You need to follow the guides and do everything that’s mentioned there, even if it’s difficult for you or you don’t see the point in that.

Is it going to be easy for you? No. Is it going to be worth it? Definitely. How much time is it going to take? That depends mostly on how often and how hard you’re going to work at it. But honestly, that’s the wrong question to ask.

Looking at the big picture, you will find it makes little difference if it takes you 2 months, 6 months, or a year to change yourself. Why? Because you’re going to enjoy this change for the rest of your life. Working hard at it for several months is a small price to pay for a benefit you will keep for many years.

I know that from the place you’re in right now, there’s a big difference between 2 months and 6 months, and it may seem daunting to you. Just take one day at a time, and be consistent about it. Don’t keep track of time – just make sure you’re moving forward every day. You will soon find that months pass without you even noticing, that you’ve made great progress during that time, and that you are your worst enemy no more.
